Threatt Foundation, Inc.

Threatt Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization aimed at serving our local impoverished and unhoused individuals and families.

Threatt Foundation will provide assistance and service to persons who are unhoused, impoverished or at-risk. This assistance will come in the form of education and services.

The specific objectives and purpose of this organization are:

a. to provide access to information for successful reintegration;

b. to provide facilities, transportation and support;

c. to provide opportunities for participants to engage in recreational, educational and business events;

d. to sponsor, host and/or participate in events and activities that bring awareness and support to persons who are unhoused, impoverished and at-risk.

Founder & President

Dadric “Shon” Threatt is the heart of the operation. Shon is the person behind the vision, strategy, and fundraising efforts of Threatt Foundation.

“The Foundation is my way of providing resources for people in a position I’ve been in before.”

Shon is the father of two, a Marine Corp veteran, business owner, and body builder.

Treasurer

With years of office management experience behind her, Karen is responsible for maintaining records and bookkeeping for Threatt Foundation.

"I know what it's like to want to be/do better, but feeling like it is unattainable due to life circumstances."

Karen is a mother, licensed insurance agent, and facilitator.

Vice President

Patrick brings experience with multiple non-profit organizations with him, and provides a great deal of sound advice for the vision and strategies of Threatt Foundation.

Patrick is a husband, Army veteran, friend, and co-founder of Vets Like Us.

Currently, we're raising money to build a mobile shower unit that can be used to go out into our unhoused community to help our friends and neighbors shower, do laundry, and just generally freshen up.
